✅ Yes. We offer Local Pickup.
Orders are available for pickup 2 hours after payment confirmation (during business hours).
3️⃣ Can I pay cash when I pick up my order?
✅ Yes. You can select Cash on Pickup at checkout and pay in cash when you collect your order.
We also accept online payments if you prefer to pay in advance.
4️⃣ How long does my order take?
- Custom DTF: 1–2 business days
- Embroidery: 2–3 business days
- Large orders: Production time depends on quantity
5️⃣ Do you offer shipping?
🚚 Yes. We ship within the United States.
Delivery time depends on your location.

✅ Yes. We accept high-resolution files (PNG, PDF, or AI).
We also offer graphic design services if you need assistance.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
✅Yes. You may cancel your order directly from the purchase portal without any issue, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Can I request a return through the website without contacting customer service?
✅Yes. At Gigimas, you can request a return directly from your account on our website without needing to contact customer service.
Is the return processed automatically?
- ✅ If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation and refund will be processed automatically.
- ⏳ If the order has already been shipped, the return request will be placed on hold for approval by our team. You will be notified by email once it has been reviewed.
